Description/Design
  • Base frame: galvanised and provided with height-adjustable vibration absorbers for extensive structure-borne sound insulation; other versions available on request
  • Pipework: complete pipework in stainless steel 1.4571, suitable for connecting all pipe materials used in the building service; the pipework is dimensioned according to the total hydraulic power of the pressure boosting system
  • Pumps: 2 to 6 pumps connected in parallel, series MVIS 2.., MVIS 4.. and MVIS 8..are used; all the components of these pumps in contact with the fluid are in stainless steel 1.4301
  • Fittings: each pump is equipped on the suction and pressure side with a gearbox ball shut-off valve in CuZn, Ni-coated, with DVGW test mark and a non-return valve on the pressure side, material POM, with DVGW approval mark in CuZn housing
  • Diaphragm pressure vessel: 8 l/PN 16 provided on end pressure side, with butyl rubber diaphragm, safe according to the foodstuffs act, for test and inspection purposes provided with a CuZn, Ni-coated ball shut-off valve, with drain and throughflow valve according to DIN 4807.
  • Pressure sensor: 4 to 20 mA, provided on end pressure side for activating the central comfort controller (CC)
  • Pressure display: admission pressure and end pressure side via pressure gauge ( 63 mm); End pressure also displayed digitally on the comfort controller touch display
  • Control unit/controller: the system is equipped with a comfort controller CC as standard; in the case of COR systems, this is equipped with a frequency converter for controlling the speed of the base load pump
