Equipment
  • Compact module ready for connection
  • Completely connected electrically and hydraulically and mounted on a vibration-absorbent base plate, consisting of:
    • 2 self-priming, corrosion-free, low-noise centrifugal pumps, MultiPress series
    • Collecting pipework R 11/2 on discharge side, including transducer with DIN/DVGW-certified 8 l diaphragm through-flow pressure vessel and shut-off device with drain, pressure gauge 0-10 bar
    • DIN/DVGW-approved ball valve and non-return valve on the suction and pressure side
    • Large volume hybrid tank with all the connections, calmed inlets and overflow with siphon
    • RainControl Hybrid central switchgear unit with control electronics, 4-20mA pressure transmitter and also level control in low voltage range
    • Run and fault signals
    • Uniform system control is achieved by means of cyclic pump rotation and an integrated test sequence on non-running pumps
    • Automatic fault changeover and peak load sharing
    • Automatic water replacement in the make-up tank

Description/Design
  • Water supply system ready for connection with 2 to 4 water supply pumps as a compact module for commercial and industrial rainwater use
  • For the fully automatic supply of rainwater from underground tank or storage tank using submersible pumps as the feed pumps
  • Depending on the pump design, this hybrid system can also cover big distances between the system and the storage tanks (see Wilo-Drain submersible pump series)
  • Large volume hybrid tank with all the integrated functions allows drinking water to be fed into the consumer mains if the storage tank is not filled
  • Fully electronic controller unit for controlling the water supply and storage tank pumps, equipped with main switch, control switch for each pump with manual-0-automatic function and display of the operating/fault status for each pump and also low water display
  • Depending on the pressure, the pumps are switched on or off in cascade according to the demand for water
  • Through-flow diaphragm pressure vessel according to DIN 4807 for save energy in the case of very small leaks on the building side
  • Uniform system control through cyclic pump rotation and integrated test run with the pumps not running.
  • Automatic fault change-over and peak load connection guarantee maximum availability of the system
  • An integrated dry-running protection device switches off the system if there is no water
  • Including integrated electronic motor protection
  • Control device transmits extensive signals it also has potential-free contacts for collecting operating and fault signals
  • The system is ideal for connecting to the building service (GLT/DDC)
