Description/Design
  • Base frame: galvanised and provided with height-adjustable vibration absorbers for extensive structure-borne sound insulation; other versions available on request
  • Pipework: complete pipework in stainless steel 1.4571, suitable for connecting all pipe materials used in the building service; the pipework is dimensioned according to the total hydraulic power of the pressure boosting system
  • Pumps: 2 to 4 pumps connected in parallel in the series MHIE 2.., 4.., 8.. and 16.. are used; frequency converters adapted to the pump motor allow infinite control of all the pumps in these series; all the pump components in contact with the fluid are in stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304)
  • Fittings: each pump is equipped on the suction and pressure side with a gearbox ball shut-off valve in CuZn, Ni-coated, with DVGW test mark or ring shut-off valves and a non-return valve on the pressure side, material POM, with DVGW approval mark, in the CuZn housing
  • Diaphragm pressure vessel: 8 l/PN 16, provided on the end pressure side, with butyl rubber diaphragm, safe according to the foodstuffs act; for test and inspection purposes, provided with a ball shut-off valve in CuZn, Ni-coated, with drain and through-flow valve according to DIN 48077
  • Pressure sensor: 4 to 20 mA, provided on the end pressure side for activating the central Comfort Vario controller
  • Pressure display: admission pressure and end pressure side via pressure gauge ( 63 mm); End pressure also displayed digitally on the alphanumeric LCD display of the Comfort Vario controller
  • Controller: the system is equipped with a Vario controller VR
